1. What payment processors do you accept?
- We accept VISA, Mastercard, American express, Apple Pay & Google Play.

2. How do I get access to my guide?  
- When completed the payment you'll receive a download link. Download the product to your computer and read it directly, or print it. 

3. To which countries do you deliver your products? 
- Almost every product is available to order worldwide. 

4. What if I wrote the wrong address in the checkout or if I want to change the address? 
- In this case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to get your order shipped to the right address. This may affect the delivery time. If the product is already shipped from our factory we unfortunately can’t do anything about it. 

5. Can I make changes in my order? 
As the order is sent directly to our factory for packing, we unfortunately do not have the opportunity to make changes when an order is placed.
 
6. There’s something wrong with my item, what do I do? 
- Please contact us at support@kickishop.com and we’ll do our best to make you happy. Please not that if you want to return an item you will have to pay for shipping. We've got a 30 days money back guarantee. 

7. How long does it take to get an email respond from you? 
- We will try to answer your email as fast as possible, but it won’t take longer than 3 business days. On weekends and holidays we’re closed for support. 

8. Do you have a physical store where I can see the items? 
- At this point, we don’t have a physical store. 

9. I have a discount code, how do I use it? 
- You use your discount code in the checkout area. Submit it in the discount box and your discount will show immediately. If you're on a mobile device, you might have to click on "Show order summary" to see the discount box.
